Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into the original manufacturer boxes with all protective inserts to prevent transit damage.

Schedule a Pickup

Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized freight carrier for larger oversized items.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
